In Ukpyr in the Firing Range.
Go to him after getting Orders #2 from Sgt. Kabomm.
He will give you Orders #3.
Buy Practice Targets from him
and place one at the end of Firing Range. Then go back behind red line and use
Musket (you don't need to wear it).
Your character will gain Firearms skill.
Repeat it for every character you want. If one of your character will hit 3 times in one trial,
Lt. Gromo will give you IUFSTFTUFS Badge.
When you'll return with it to Supply Depot, you will receive new equipment.
