After you met with Vitalia and Dark Savant deactivate Security Cell to enter room, where Vitalia lays. Talk to her and she will give this device. Use it when you'll find place where Astral Dominae is hidden.
You will have to give her Ring of the Globe and Locket of the Tomb to get *Astral Dominae*.
She will ask you, if you have found ship (that one in the City of Sky). When you say Yes, you will meet in the City of Sky where Spaceship is (two endings). When you say No, you will meet in the Forbidden Zone in New City (Control Card needed). There will be battle between Umpani and T'Rang and you will be asked to join to one of them (two additional endings).
