When you ask him for Healing you will be asked to sacrifice all or little (20%) (he means you money) - then you will gain acces to well wich will heal you.
After completing quest with five flowers (or holy sacrament?) you may say to him Holy Sacrament to gain acces to the healing fountain and chest with *Legend* Map.
